I asked for all the coverage and to pay for it. Location adviced no coverage available. Truck got stuck in snow and I had to pay $552 for a tow truck when this service should have been free (road side assistance) if the U-Haul location provided accurate information. I would like a refund for this

ISAAC YThe guy tried to give me the wrong truck at first. Also, the truck I received had a broken side mirror so my friend had to hold it in place so it wouldn't move. Also why was insurance 32 dollars! I thought it was only 16!
