After I returned the truck they lostwd ad threatened to call the police. Turned out uhaul corp took it without saying. There was conatruction works also. Ihaul coep called me again to ask me for the truck. A lot of charges and reversals in my card. Had to go teice to the locatio for clarifications. A total mess
Dimitri fThe app is hostile. Given truck with 3/8 fuel, returned after gassing up above what started but based on the slider tab to indicate fuel level I was charged $18 fuel on app bill. Had to abandon app, talk with rep to assure no shenanigans and paid after 15 extra minutes of confusion. App lousy. would not use again but Rep at this location very nice. Van smelled of something-I said pepper, my family debated urine vs manure.

Yuriy HOverall the experience of renting from this location was excellent. We got great service, and the check in and out process was very efficient and quickly done. I've rented from U-Haul a few times and this was the best so far.
Will NThe location and the manager were great and very helpful. My only complaint is the online sign-out is the worst program I've ever used. I never received any information about needing two forms of identity verification involving calling people or bringing a passport or lease agreement. I showed up with my driver's license, which was the only thing I was instructed to bring, and then all of a sudden I need all this extra stuff? Luckily the manager helped me out, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sign out the truck online! What a joke!

Amanda dWhen I arrived my uhaul was blocked in by 4 other trucks in the lot. Worker was not onsite until 7:30am. Websites and everything states the premises opens at 7am. It took another 20 minutes to sort it out. Overall, I would never use this location again
AIDAN LThe truck was not ready at the time when I came. The place was under staffed which took me about an hour to get the truck. They also did not have the dolley I requested. The fortunately took it off the charge but it was quite inconvenient. The drop off was easy and smooth.

I've personally rented over 50 passenger vehicles and trucks in my lifetime and this was the finest customer service ever! He was pleasant and professional, even remembering details of a long ago telephone conversation at our original booking time. We rented a 15 ft. truck and he provided us extra time for no charge on our 1 way trip to Ottawa. We were so impressed with Charles that we are now renting a Cargo Van from Charles this weekend! We highly recommend Charles to anyone requiring a vehicle for their moving needs! 5 Stars all around!

When I got it, it was at 1/4 tank. You have to guess how much gas to add to get the tank to the same level. Just make everyone fill the tank back to full.

GUILLAUME KMost likely i am going to file a law suit against u haul for all this. I recieved a call from this guy mr. charles one day prior to the date of booking and he says i have to come to downtown Toronto to pick up truck and leave the truck at the same location within 6-8 hours and ensured he will give me a discount for all this inconvenience. The day of booking....... i reached the spot after paying for uber 30$ for my trip, which could have been avoided if i would have picked from my place of pick up. The moment i reached the office, a guy under influence of Marijuana and drink is there who is yelling and shouting for no reason. The owner is missing from place and comes back to his office after making me wait for half an hour. I asked him how much would be total, he kept on saying i will give you a discount when you return the truck. I believed him and drove the truck as per his assurance. My booking was supposed to be for 24 hours, instead i was forced to return truck within 6-8 hours, furthermore i was forced to drive truck more for about 30 kms, for which i am charged. This is very unprofessional for a company carrying a big name, we book under the impression that we are going to recieve services as promised.
SIDDHARTH BTerrible experience at this location. I reserved a large truck and several dollies weeks in advance, but when we arrived, they had neither available: only a small truck, and not even the dollies we had booked. On top of that, we received the truck almost an hour late due to their fault. The employee offered us 24 hours with the smaller truck at no extra charge, which was pointless since we needed to move everything in one trip. Their lack of preparation made our move day far more stressful than it needed to be. We returned the truck on time, and while I do understand there are circumstances beyond our control, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Olga AThe office location was disgusting. So messy and dirty, the stairs had barely been shovelled and had iced over. And the truck/ cab looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I appreciate the good price to rent, but not a good showing for the U-Haul brand.
Gary DLocation not maintenance for snow and ice very dangerous. Guy there named Charles rude, very unprofessional, he couldnt figure out how to start the truck I had to... he couldnt get my truck out of a ice and snow spot wheels were spinning. I havenwver had such a blatant shitty experience with a truck rental place. He had to call me the next morning after I dropped off the truck to ask me how many KM I put on the truck cuz he didnt have the amount it was at b4 I left. I will never go to this location again and possibly never do business woth U-hual again I will opt for another truck rental company.
