Unusual for a location to be in a dense residential area. It's very convenient to have a rental location that doesn't require me to drive to it. Good service, nice equipment, and everything exactly as promised. Can't ask for anything more.

LEONOR GSeems like they are stealing fuel. I started the truck and drove it for 10 miles for my booking in total. I had to put in $20 worth fuel. It seems like they are doing something to inflate the fuel levels.

KONRAD Omileage overcharge Several days have passed and still no action has been taken. It is unacceptable that I was charged for 61 km when I clearly drove only 4 km, as proven by my time-stamped photos.

Guy RVehicle was clean for the most part but the inside of the windshield was very grimey Vehicles deff needs brakes as they felt very low and the pedal had to be applied to the ground to stop. The person working the location told me multiple times that I wasn’t allowed to take the rental even though I completed my contactless pickup. Even after I showed him my phone he did not let me leave in the vehicle and made me waste my time and come into the store only for him to say he confused me with someone else and that I was free to go after making me late for my appointment. Seems like quality has been going down at a rapid rate when it comes to customer service and employee knowledge.

Erdal TThe most pathetic U-Haul experience, firstly, I went there and no one was there to help me with pick up, got a vehicle with an Engine Light on, was asked to go back and pick up a different vehicle, the other vehicle had no fuel at all and was asked to fill up. This wasted 2 hours of my time, leading to my elevator booking running out and leaving me empty-handed.
Sahil SAgain your totally inefficient company sent us to a cement plant for the drop off. We had to call your service line to find out that was not the correct drop off point and then we were given the correct place. I would like to thank you for all the hassle and loss of time your company caused us in our move from Thunder Bay to Toronto. I would NEVER recommend using your company again. I will make it a new goal in my life to tell everyone I meet how utterly incompetent your company is.
WAYNE FThe operator told me the rental charge was 1.6 per mile and then charged 1.9. Per mile. Better to be up front with pricing
Max PDuring pick and drop off they was no attendant. Pickup and drop off was done over the phone. No employees on site during working hours
Nathan MWas charged for fuel even after filling the fuel adequately having followed instructions that were laid out to me. The guy running the shop was a great guy however.
