Nazeer MThe mileage on my contract was lessv than the actual mileage of the vehicle when I picked it up, resulting in additional mileage charges. It took me talking to five different people before and after I picked up my rental in order to change my drop off location. The furniture pads that I rented were collected scattered around the office and shoved into plastic bags, unfolded. I'm fairly certain the washer fluid was just water. The engine light was on the entire time, from pick up to drop off.

ASAF SI was assigned a truck whose battery was dead. I was assigned a new car that was out of gas. As soon as I picked up the truck, I had to go to the gas station. I was told that I would be paid $42 for a quarter of gas left at the end. Despite returning the truck with more than half gas, the final receipt was remarkably vague. In the future, I would never accept trucks that are out of gas. UHaul station costs are not my responsibility!
ALI ACustomer phone service was poor. Mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message and I was never able to reach anyone over the phone.
Christian SMy only complaint is I was charged for a fuel adjustment which was incorrect. I returned the truck just slightly under half tank just as I got it and on the receipt it says a quarter. seeking a redemption currently. other than that great service from this location

FARSHAD MI asked for all the coverage and to pay for it. Location adviced no coverage available. Truck got stuck in snow and I had to pay $552 for a tow truck when this service should have been free (road side assistance) if the U-Haul location provided accurate information. I would like a refund for this

ISAAC YThe guy tried to give me the wrong truck at first. Also, the truck I received had a broken side mirror so my friend had to hold it in place so it wouldn't move. Also why was insurance 32 dollars! I thought it was only 16!

SHAHAB JThe gentleman was helpful and friendly but this place looks like a health hazard and definitely doesn't look like a place of business. Also I didn't book this location, I was forced to go here due to lack of trucks in my chosen location
SEYED TPls make sure correct truck are given and the heat works specially during a snow storm also none of the truck had winter tires
ABDUL MI spent 2 hours helping the gentleman shovel snow and dig out the vehicle. The employee was very sympathetic and apologized for the inconvenience however, this wasn't what I would have expected from a corporate company. Two hours of helping to dig and finding a way to get the vehicle out is unacceptable. I do however, would like to stress that your employee was doing his best. Next time I will likely choose to rent a vehicle elsewhere.

I assumed I was doing mobile pick up and drop off but the office manager handled check in and check out (which was nice since it was -16 Celsius). The office however looked closed initially so better advertising of it online and physically would be good.

ARBEN BVehicle was provided with a completely empty tank of gas, when i brought concerns to the employee on pick up he said i have to call customer service and there was nothing he could do. When i called customer service she said there was nothing she could do. This is a huge safety concern if the vehicle were to stop running in the middle of driving because the gas is empty.

Kayos JAfter checking in on the app. I was not able to locate the vehicle and slipped and fell in the parking lot as it was icy and not maintained properly. Then I received a call from the agent on site advising me to go to the office as and I quote “U-Haul” is not ready for the mobile app process. The assigned vehicle tank was empty so he provided another vehicle which was not properly maintained and while driving was very difficult to control especially with the snow storm and messy roads.

Sergej LDear U-Haul Team, I am writing to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately far from satisfactory. I had reserved a 15’ truck and arrived at the pickup location on time, as per my schedule. However, I was informed that the 15’ truck was unavailable, and only a 10’ truck was offered to me. This situation disrupted my carefully planned schedule. I had already reserved the elevator at my new apartment and paid for its use. After assessing the situation, I reluctantly accepted the 10’ truck, only to find that it could not accommodate all my belongings. This forced me to make additional trips to transport the remaining items, incurring extra time, effort, and the need to rebook the elevator. Despite all this inconvenience, I was only refunded $10 for the difference in truck sizes, which does not come close to compensating for the added hassle and costs I faced. I hope you will review your reservation and availability processes to prevent such occurrences in the future. Customers rely on U-Haul for a smooth and dependable moving experience, and situations like this can seriously undermine trust. Thank you for taking the time to address my concern. CLARISSA BI had an absolutely frustrating experience with this U-Haul branch. The guy running the place is a joke! His voicemail is always full, and no matter how many times you call, he simply won’t respond. The situation got even worse when I booked a truck for non-business hours. After repeatedly following up, he finally called me back the night before and promised to let me know where the key was the next morning. However, when morning came, I had to call him 10 times and wait an hour without any response. As I was on the phone with U-Haul customer service, he called me back, only to deny having any missed calls. When I mentioned I would report him, he hung up on me. Eventually, U-Haul did reimburse me the full amount, but the entire process was a massive headache and totally not worth it. Terrible customer service, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
