ZSUZSA MThey were 45 minutes late to check me in. Only one person works there, the other person said “I’m not even supposed to be talking to customers, I’m only being nice”. He could have called the manager 40 minutes earlier but chose to wait till the last moment. Kept saying “it’s none of my business, this is his problem”. This is the worst U-haul I’ve been too.

LEONOR GSeems like they are stealing fuel. I started the truck and drove it for 10 miles for my booking in total. I had to put in $20 worth fuel. It seems like they are doing something to inflate the fuel levels.

KONRAD Omileage overcharge Several days have passed and still no action has been taken. It is unacceptable that I was charged for 61 km when I clearly drove only 4 km, as proven by my time-stamped photos.
