I'm not sure how, I'm guessing phone number was the key, but this rental used the WRONG email address so EVERY email sent to robs_blackberry@bell.net was wrong - fix the email for the account 416-949-4804. Call that number and ask Konrad what his email address is

mileage overcharge Several days have passed and still no action has been taken. It is unacceptable that I was charged for 61 km when I clearly drove only 4 km, as proven by my time-stamped photos.

Guy RVehicle was clean for the most part but the inside of the windshield was very grimey Vehicles deff needs brakes as they felt very low and the pedal had to be applied to the ground to stop. The person working the location told me multiple times that I wasn’t allowed to take the rental even though I completed my contactless pickup. Even after I showed him my phone he did not let me leave in the vehicle and made me waste my time and come into the store only for him to say he confused me with someone else and that I was free to go after making me late for my appointment. Seems like quality has been going down at a rapid rate when it comes to customer service and employee knowledge.

Erdal TThe most pathetic U-Haul experience, firstly, I went there and no one was there to help me with pick up, got a vehicle with an Engine Light on, was asked to go back and pick up a different vehicle, the other vehicle had no fuel at all and was asked to fill up. This wasted 2 hours of my time, leading to my elevator booking running out and leaving me empty-handed.
Sahil SAgain your totally inefficient company sent us to a cement plant for the drop off. We had to call your service line to find out that was not the correct drop off point and then we were given the correct place. I would like to thank you for all the hassle and loss of time your company caused us in our move from Thunder Bay to Toronto. I would NEVER recommend using your company again. I will make it a new goal in my life to tell everyone I meet how utterly incompetent your company is.

Nazeer MThe mileage on my contract was lessv than the actual mileage of the vehicle when I picked it up, resulting in additional mileage charges. It took me talking to five different people before and after I picked up my rental in order to change my drop off location. The furniture pads that I rented were collected scattered around the office and shoved into plastic bags, unfolded. I'm fairly certain the washer fluid was just water. The engine light was on the entire time, from pick up to drop off.

ASAF SI was assigned a truck whose battery was dead. I was assigned a new car that was out of gas. As soon as I picked up the truck, I had to go to the gas station. I was told that I would be paid $42 for a quarter of gas left at the end. Despite returning the truck with more than half gas, the final receipt was remarkably vague. In the future, I would never accept trucks that are out of gas. UHaul station costs are not my responsibility!
ALI ACustomer phone service was poor. Mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message and I was never able to reach anyone over the phone.
Christian SMy only complaint is I was charged for a fuel adjustment which was incorrect. I returned the truck just slightly under half tank just as I got it and on the receipt it says a quarter. seeking a redemption currently. other than that great service from this location

FARSHAD MI asked for all the coverage and to pay for it. Location adviced no coverage available. Truck got stuck in snow and I had to pay $552 for a tow truck when this service should have been free (road side assistance) if the U-Haul location provided accurate information. I would like a refund for this

ISAAC YThe guy tried to give me the wrong truck at first. Also, the truck I received had a broken side mirror so my friend had to hold it in place so it wouldn't move. Also why was insurance 32 dollars! I thought it was only 16!

ABDUL MI spent 2 hours helping the gentleman shovel snow and dig out the vehicle. The employee was very sympathetic and apologized for the inconvenience however, this wasn't what I would have expected from a corporate company. Two hours of helping to dig and finding a way to get the vehicle out is unacceptable. I do however, would like to stress that your employee was doing his best. Next time I will likely choose to rent a vehicle elsewhere.

I assumed I was doing mobile pick up and drop off but the office manager handled check in and check out (which was nice since it was -16 Celsius). The office however looked closed initially so better advertising of it online and physically would be good.

ARBEN BVehicle was provided with a completely empty tank of gas, when i brought concerns to the employee on pick up he said i have to call customer service and there was nothing he could do. When i called customer service she said there was nothing she could do. This is a huge safety concern if the vehicle were to stop running in the middle of driving because the gas is empty.
