Tell the customer right away , before they rent the U-Haul that it is for two days. Additional days are extra. I could have picked it up a day latter and saved some money.
The mobile process could be smooth and painless if the details regarding the truck condition were accurate and ALL necessary driver data was all collected in advance. Unfortunately that was not the case so I spent 25 min in the parking lot on the website taking pictures and inputting / correcting data. Truck was dirty on the outside and muddy in the cab. Pics / documentation of truck condition need need to be accurate. Do not round up on gas gauge measurement and document all damage so I don't have to correct it.

on line reservation expirence was poor . Early reservation was a disaster had to drive to dealer to confirm my reservation!
I wanted a 20' truck and UHaul could not find or provide one in my immediate area

MAKE SURE TRAILER DOESNT LEAK RUINED ALOT OF OUR POSSESSIONS
Was told that would gat a call by 6pm day before pickup and when called number after 7 night before pickup they said you only get a call if pickup site is changed! Great having U-Haul service in town again!!

Reserved the rental and 15 minutes later a representative called and warned me that the I may need to change my move date because I choice a trailer that is in high demand. Kind of added extra stress to the process. Had 6 trailers available in a 30 mile radius but could not guarantee one for me.

I changed my rental online but it did not get updated. I was charged more (over $140) than what was originally quoted to me. He then changed my drop off location with out asking me.

Very hard to find
We were actually mad that we had to pick it up an hour away from the location I had reserved it. On top of that, I had reserved and 15 foot and someone called me the day before to Let me know Its either a 10 foot or a 20 foot. We had left some of our stuff in IOWA because all of our stuff did not fit in the truck. Very disappointing and this was our first move. I would really appreciate it if we could get some of our money back.
If all locations were as friendly and helpful as the place I picked up the equipment it would be perfect.
Nothing more than what Dan already does, Dan is the BEST U-Hall representative you could possibly have for your company!
The return site contacted me on Thursday, 7/18, asking if I could return truck that evening, or earlier on Friday morning than I was required to. I did take it in 2 hours earlier, but this was an imposition for me!
We did the self-dispatch since it was outside of normal business hours. It worked perfectly. We were thrilled with the customer support from Uhaul.
Nothing could match the service I received from Dan at Bonanza Carwash U-Hall...I will use them again, soon!
I had ordered the truck for 12-4pm. Was told that he wouldn't be in the office and that I had to come down to fill out paperwork between 8-8:30am. After doing that, he was in fact there all day so not sure why there was the big push for me to come down early. Also, give the man an office. I had to stand in a grungy garage to do paperwork and it reeked of fumes making me cough. Other than that, the rest was good.
They were great!! They let me know of all the expectations they had and what I could do to make sure all of those expectations were met
The back of the truck had hay and mouse droppings in it. They said the truck had 1/4 tank of gas but it had 1/8 of a tank.
Really enjoyed working with this location
It took my husband 3 hours to pick up the trailer as they wouldn't let him leave with it. They say it was because it wasn't the truck listed. The listed pickup was 400 miles away and he was going to load so I could bring it out to where I got a new job. He was very upset that he had to take time to rewire his truck just so the lights worked and he could leave with it
Agent at this location tried very hard to be helpful but the truck was turned in by the previous user with wrong mileage which made checking it back in difficult since the record showed I put over 32,000 miles on it in just over a day! Agent tried but was not able to correct this before I left.
Continue the good service. The personalized assistance and information given was excellent.

Lower the price. I didn't need this for 4 days but had to pay for them anyway. I'll look for another place to rent next time.
Put jack stands on trailers and cruise control on trucks.

There is no number or way to contact anyone. I was very unsure when returning my trailer as there is a lot of traffic. The place was supposed to be open.

Ratchet strap on tow dolly didn't work and had to be exchanged. Lots of marks on the truck already. Not location specific- If I order a 15' truck, I expect the full box to be 15', not 12.5' with a little shelf. This is extremely misleading and unfair to customers who already likely have enough to deal with during the moving process.
Getting a phone call the day before changing the pick up location by over 60 miles is a little ridiculous. If they don't have what I wanted how did they accept the reservation? The gentleman and place of business in Cherokee, IA was great but corporate calling day before was way off base.
