Everything was great, the location is an easy in & out. The truck was ready to go with the dolly inside. The only issue we had was with the app. The app is not that user friendly, kept glitching & would not accept our phone number, we had to use 3 different numbers to finally get it to work & the picture uploading part is not working properly & would not let us upload all the pictures. Besides the app having issues, everything went great.

Heidi MQuote giving was not accurate, even after he tried adjusting price to meet original quote, seem to be all on uhaul end not his. Nothing but good things to say about bonanza car wash but uhaul sucks never again
KYLE G3 tires were well inflated at above 55psi, but one tire was only at 24 psi and the location manager wanted me to take the low tire to a tire shop. We declined that advice and called U-Haul and they sent out a service person that switched the tire and got us on the road. I feel that the tire should have been checked and fixed before we left the lot, not after we got home to load the trailer and I checked it myself.
