We were scheduled for a pick-up at 11:30 at this location only to find out they go to lunch between 11:30 and 1 and still no one showed up until 1:20. I would think if someone was scheduled for a pick-up at 11:30 they would wait for you. And then when someone finally showed up they were rude and seemed very "put out" to even be helping us.

Tom GEverything was great, the location is an easy in & out. The truck was ready to go with the dolly inside. The only issue we had was with the app. The app is not that user friendly, kept glitching & would not accept our phone number, we had to use 3 different numbers to finally get it to work & the picture uploading part is not working properly & would not let us upload all the pictures. Besides the app having issues, everything went great.
