Pay better attention to your gas gauge ares was almost on e your chart was wrong we returned it like we got it and got charged almost 400 for 1 day of use

It was even in the drink holders so when I put my drink in there because it's 100 degrees in Texas it got all over the outside of my drink m. It was horrible. It also smelled so bad in there. I needed the truck till 3 but couldn't stand it sitting in there that I turned it in 2.5 hours early.

james A.Equipment ask for was not added to uhaul requiring more money to add equipment in a new order. Then after leaving the lot with the trailer loaded by the worker we had to turn around after leaving and drive back to the lot for another one. The company called us to come back because they loaded the wrong trailer. They didn't even know their own equipment and what it can hold or can't hold.
amber C.I paid $92.04 at the start of my rental. Was charged $86.05 at the end of the rental. My debit card KEEPS getting hit with $5.58 charge - 3 times Co fast but it just keeps hitting my card. The people at the rental center said THEY are not doing it and cannot help me. But this charge just keeps hitting my debit card. Why? I paid in full. The rental center cannot stop these charges and REALLY didnt CARE that this charged keeps hitting my card. They never even apologized or ANYTHING. Can you please STOP this charged from hitting my card. I've paid in full. WENT is UHAUL - STILL HITTING MY CARD. PLEASE STOP THESE CHARGES. PLEASE CALL ME AT 903-706-7383 THANKS YOU. When I returned my empty U-Box to Bonham the regular person dealing with UHaul was not available and it was very clear that person that ended up assisting me was not at all happy about doing it. Begrudgingly go the job done definitely did not leave me feeling like a valued customer. He wasn't rude or unpleasant, just obviously put out that he was having to deal with me.
Scott K.Equipment was not cleaned. Attendant did not hookup trailer properly to the hitch resulting in me driving down the road without it the hitch latched properly. I pulled over in the road side to check it as the I had to show him how it hook the chains correctly and the wiring. The back tires on the trailer extremely low in air and did not realize it until I had loaded the trailer. I added the air and it did not hold pressure on the first two attempts. Called both the service location and I haul were not helpful with the issue when contacted. I waited 60 minutes on the phone when uhaul hung up on the called. Location did give me a credit on the bill but considering the safety issue of what could have happened not worth the credit.
marc W.The ubox solution was a perfect fit for our situation and the staff were very helpful. The only problem we experienced was over the 4th of July weekend. I called Harlingen to make sure they were open and was assured they were. We arrived to turn in an empty ubox and pick up another one to unload. The problem was the manager was on vacation and the only other qualified loader had not been scheduled to work so we were u able to pick up any more boxes until the following Monday.

Sharon P.I had a reservation for this trailer in Paris, TX, then was told was not available and would need to go to Bonham, TX to get. 40 miles to go there, additional 30 miles added to the trip, then had to take back to Bonham, 40 more miles there, and 40 miles to return home!!! Approximately 150 miles and 2 plus hours of driving, should have had at Paris to begin with, or at least be able to drop off there when finished

rick P.I rented the truck Saturday night because the location was closed on Sunday. I told the attendant I needed it Sunday and would return it Monday. When I returned it Monday he charged me for Saturday and Sunday. It was only $19.99 but it's the principal. I'll never go back or rent from your company again. I was lied to.

My only complaint was the evening lady tried to charge us a $25 cleanup fee because we had not been told we were supposed to sweep out the truck. James H.Seriously! The whole experience was a nightmare! There were so many extra add-on fees that it made for a VERY CONFUSING experience! Right from the start I was given incorrect pricing information! They have a lot of bugs to work out of this program in order to make it a helpful addition to an already difficult move! I do not recommend using this option unless you want to experience a major headache! I have nothing against the place where the u-box was delivered from ~ just the program in general!

DANNY R.One of the tires was bald on one side with the cords showing. We didn't see it until we stopped 1&1/2 hours into our 6 hour drive. We had to wait over an hour for a service to change it. The trailer should never have been rented in that condition. People expect the equipment to be in safe operating condition. We shouldn't to have to do our own inspection of the equipment. I was very disappointed and angry about this experience.

Stephen K.The whole process was great until i went to pick up the ubox from Bonham building. I called 2 days in advance if picking it up. The agent that i talked too was very helpful and explained my options. I decuded to pick it up myselt. When i went to pick it up it wasnt on a trailer. The manager that was there was rude and had no clue as to me picking it up. He could not find my contract on the computer and acted like i was a nusiance. The yard men and the agent i first talked were very pleasant and. The manager of the Bonham location was not. He is not a good reflection if your good name which is way i choose you. Thank you.
