Location is excellent and you can park your car in the plaza with no issues while you drive the uhaul. I really recommend this location

Sotero LI had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. The woman at the counter provided extremely poor customer service. She didn’t greet me, made me wait while she handled her personal matters on the computer, and then gave me a truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. When I politely mentioned the issue, she responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, telling me that if I didn’t like it, she could give me a smaller truck that had gas. This was my first time at this store and it will definitely be my last. Very unprofessional service.

FRANCIS JReturned right at 3pm and place was locked up already. Horrible storm with terrible raining and had to walk around building through ankle deep water. Would have been nice if door was open and could go through building.
JENNIFER SThe only issue I had was a bit of confusion as to the text that was sent to confirm I received the truck (and any other things that need checking before I took the truck). By the time I got the message, it was already an expired link. Otherwise, everything else was clear and clean.

Carl CIt seemed as if I was a burden by dropping off a trailer. Zero assistance with the drop off procedure. Had to back into a tight space. Would have been nice to have a guide person. You don’t provide jack stands on your 6x12, would have been nice to have assistance releasing trailer from truck.

ROBIN SThe whole process was quick and efficient. The store front had supplies of every type that may be needed at last minute and was very clean and smelled great. It was really a pleasure doing business. Likely the best truck rental experience I have ever had.
STARLENA MThe U-Haul app. is straight out GARBAGE. NEVER even think about the idea of their alleged "24/7" truck rental. If you need a truck to rent, go to a manned-location. Then the rental is smooth as silk compared to the nightmare of trying to pick-up on line. I spent 3 THREE hours trying to rent with on line pick-up and it never completed the process. I gave up and went to a staffed location. No problems whatsoever.

james bCustomer service would definitely be a great start. Put someone in there. That actually wants to be there. I originally stopped at another U-Haul or a gentleman named Josh was super nice attentive, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the size truck that I needed. So I ended up in this location. It definitely felt like you were bothering so much lunch hour, or you might as well. Just take care of your own rental if you can. I would recommend Josh and a heartbeat. I would have a hard time recommending this location.
YRVING TPoor customer service. No printed receipt at checkout to deceive customer about the actual odometer. Odometer was not functioning properly due to tire pressure system malfunction. Terrible experience with this location.

Mark CThis location rented me a filthy van with an Open Beer Can on the driver's side of the vehicle. The windshield had mud smeared all over it. Along with cigarette debris and snack wrappers left behind. Mulch pieces all over the rear cargo area. The manager Nubia was rude and not concerned about the beer can nor the condition of the vehicle. All she said was that she will make note that I'm receiving a dirty van and will not make any additional charges to my account when I return it. Her associate (Natalie) was also disrespectful & unhelpful. This location rarely answers the phone. When I first came to rent the van the manager Nubia was on a personal call on her cell phone and her associate (Natalie) was idling on her mobile device neither one of them greeted us, I had to ask who is going to assist me. When I brought back the vehicle the manager was not there, asked her associate Natalie for the manager's last name, she called Nubia and told her that I'm being a problem, Nubia came on the line and became very irate when I requested her last name, rudely saying that she's not giving me her last name because I don't need it. When I told her that I need her name to file a formal complaint about the beer can she stated it's not an issue because the beer can wasn't full. She was unapologetic and took no accountability for releasing the vehicle without properly checking it's condition. This location is Rude, Lazy, Inappropriate and Unhelpful. They are clearly not interested with Motor Vehicle or Public Safety Laws!
