It was all good
MICHAEL MThe experience was terrible. First, the mobile app is misleading. I was moving to a different city, but at the time I rented the truck, I wasn't sure of the exact address yet, so I left the drop-off location unselected, planning to specify it later. What I discovered afterward was that, by doing so—and without any warning—it locked me into an "In-Town" rental. When I tried to return the truck, I wasn't able to. When I contacted U-Haul by phone, I found nothing but disrespect and poor customer service from people who didn't seem to want to interact with their customers. The best response I got from one of them was, "This will cost you thousands of dollars." As a result, I had to drive back to the original location (280 miles) and then drive back again, and because of that, I had to return the truck late. On top of that, the truck they gave me was very old and in very poor condition. My experience with U-Haul was bad and expensive. I'll try to avoid renting a truck from you ever again, and I'll recommend that my friends do the same.
Danier EI took a picture of the gas gage it was less then a half of a tank when I picked it up when I dropped truck back off it had more gas then when they gave it to me and still charged me for gas definitely will not be using this location again
