Michael PThe van itself was great and I had no issues with the vehicle, but the customer service at this location was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at U-Haul. When I walked in to pick up my reservation, the employee was sitting behind the counter on her phone. I said good morning and she didn’t even look up or acknowledge me. She stayed on her phone until I was basically standing directly in front of her. She barely spoke to me, asked for my ID, gave it back, and handed me the keys. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. When I returned the van, it was the same thing. She didn’t acknowledge me or even properly check me out. I later noticed that the rental was still active even though my scheduled return time had already passed. It wasn’t checked out until about an hour and a half after my reservation ended. I have never experienced such rude and indifferent customer service at a U-Haul. The vehicle was great, but the person working there honestly seemed like she could not have cared less about helping customers. I would not recommend this location because of the service.
