The customer service wasn't the best. The woman behind the counter seemed more concerned with looking good than with assisting customers—especially the female ones (she was noticeably friendlier toward the male customers... lol). When returning the truck, customers are required to park it in almost the exact same small spot where they picked it up—specifically, in the last row of the parking lot. I wasn't aware of that rule. I parked it right in front of the store's back door, but halfway to the entrance, that same woman from the counter stopped me and told me I had to move the truck to the last row of the lot. I assumed they would have someone on staff responsible for inspecting the vehicles and parking them once customers returned them. That service really ought to be included in the price we pay—a price, incidentally, that ended up nearly doubling due to the numerous fees tacked onto the final bill. Finally, the truck had several warning lights illuminated on the dashboard—such as the tire pressure and oil change indicators, among others. I get the idea that the maintenance of these trucks leaves something to be desired as well.
