ENDER SWe never received a phone call that our pick-up place was moved. Once we got there, we had reserved two orders of blankets, but they only gave use one - they said they had four one-way rentals and could only give us one set of blankets, so we had to use our own blankets too. Once we were checked out, they pointed to the door. We were left on our own to figure out which truck was our rental - we didn't even know where to look for the truck number. They did not tell us to fill up the truck to the fuel level we started with - I had to call the 800 number to figure that out.
BRIAN CBest U-Haul Experience EVER! The location was very pleasant and organized. My reservation was pulled up quickly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The van was in great conditions and clean. We needed the service for a local PTA event. It was a perfect solution to haul all of the event supplies.

Kareen L*The lady at the counter did not make eye contact with us, which made the experience very unpleasant. She instructed us to go around and install the trailer ourselves—something we were unsure how to do, but we managed to figure it out. Once we completed the installation, she asked us to go to the back door so she could come out dragging her feet to come over and take a picture of the hookup. * La señora del mostrador ni siquiera nos miró a los ojos, lo que hizo la experiencia muy desagradable. Ivan GEverything went perfectly. I made a reservation online and walked in, and the attendant (I wanted to remember her name so I could post, but my memory is terrible) was great, very attentive, and polite. She looked me up in the system, and in 2 minutes I was out the door. Same experience with the return.

Linda SEasy pick up. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. One question why doesn’t U- Haul put jacks on the trailers a little difficult to get the trailer in and off the hitch.

CARLOS PNo staff could help with trailer hook up. We did ourselves via watching the U-Haul videos. Trailer was stored behind another trailer which since there was no staff to help, we needed to move before we could get ours out. No trailer moving/mounting tools were available for us to use. Trailer tires were all under inflated, which we needed to correct.
EARL ANovia was extremely helpful in setting up my reservation. Nicole made the pick up and drop off of the very clean truck I rented a very simple process.

ENIO CDo not charge $20 on gas if it is not necessary. I returned the truck with the same level of gas or perhaps higher but I saw a gas fee of $20 on my receipt. Tired and late at night to make a phone call and resolved it so I closed the truck return procedure

JHONNY JFirst booking that was 5 mins away from my house was changed to this location (20 mins away) Uhak gave me 130 miles free. Employee was late 30 mins, and truck wasn't available. Changed us to a 3rd location (another 15 mins away). Still didnt have the truck for a one way trip. Had a truck for a 2 way trip. Brought it back to find out I didn't have the 130 miles free. This was a very bad experience.

DIEGO SInitially I got a contract for a truck that was already rented out. I believe this is where my problem began. When I checked my contract as instructed by the text, the gas showed 1/4 full. Which I communicated to them that I actually got it with a tank 3/4 full. (I work for a living. I don’t steal). She said she would adjust it. The truck had the main back door open, the gas cap off and hanging and there was several items belonging to previous party that rented it. This truck was not inspected prior to renting to me. I was charged for 72 miles. When I drove it 5 times between my homes which are 1.2 miles apart. The new home is 1000 yards away from Boost Mobile (where I rented it). I was over charged 50 miles probably driven by previous renter as it was clearly not inspected. I was honest about the gas gauge. I have no reason to lie. I will be charging back on my credit card and posting formal complaints with the BBB, Dun and Bradstreet and the department of commerce. Awful experience.
OMAR PThe location is clean and the van was relatively clean. The tire pressure was low on the front tires and the windshield wiper fluid was also low. I didn't have time to stop and put air in the tires, but it made me nervous on the highway. I have been to this location multiple times and typically everything runs very smooth. This time, I asked to use the restroom and was told it was for employees only when I have used it in the past. I had to leave the store and find a restroom elsewhere in the plaza and then return to rent my vehicle. That kind of rubbed me the wrong way, but overall, the location is very well run.

KEVINS SAwful service. The level of disorder is far too real. Long story short, someone else took my trailer this resulted in overall the loss of two hours of my moving trip.
Juan CMy vehicle was not ready for pickup when I arrived I had to wait an hour and half, which made me late for an event.
