FRANCIS JThe customer service the, lady was rude. They did not have any of the additions I add ons. So it became a hassle.
Jermany AParking upon return was a bit tricky. I'm not good at backing in and there was a car that was blocking one of the spots. When I approached her to move, she completely ignored me. It was weird and I know that probably won't happen to anyone else. Just not an easy experience for me returning the truck.

JORDAN CWhen we got there the keys weren’t in the box. Had to call and wait an hour for someone to get to the location. I also rented a dolly and had to look through every truck with the attendant to see if one even existed, which there wasn’t.

Leonardo VMy concern is regarding the customer service I received. The representative appeared visibly unhappy to be at her job, which is not what anyone expects from a customer‑facing role. When I approached her to let her know that her phone was playing a loud movie while she was assisting a client, the energy she gave made it clear she did not want to be on the phone or engaging with customers. I appreciate the truck, but based on this experience, I was essentially told, “Thank you, but go somewhere else next time.” This is not the level of service I expect from your company.

patricia cWe were told that we needed to give an estimate amount of miles we were gonna use and that they would only charge us the miles we drove. So for an estimate we gave 100 miles just to be safe, ended up only doing about 50 miles still got charged the 100 miles.

Jose LMy only complaint is that the truck only had 1/8 of gas in the tank. It was very inconvenient because I had to pump gas twice. As soon as I got the truck and then right before returning it.
Alejandro MCar smelled horrible like smoke and marihuana and one of the tires needed air. I had to stop twice to add air to it.

DONALD HSuper hard to pull the bigger trailers out. There's no room to pull straight out. You have to move trailers to make it fit. The parking lot is busy in the back making it extremely difficult

Derlin GTruck smelled like cigarette and back did not close. It opened up on me 3 times and had to stop on the middle of the road. Top of truck had whole so when it drizzled some of my backdrops got wet.

Sotero LI had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. The woman at the counter provided extremely poor customer service. She didn’t greet me, made me wait while she handled her personal matters on the computer, and then gave me a truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. When I politely mentioned the issue, she responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, telling me that if I didn’t like it, she could give me a smaller truck that had gas. This was my first time at this store and it will definitely be my last. Very unprofessional service.

Elliott BOne of the nastiest and most disgustingly dirty rentals I have ever been handed. I grabbed the arm rest and felt like I dipped my hand in oil. Floors haven’t been cleaned in forever. Truck smelt like fart and cigarette. Never again

anthony dStaff was excellent and the equipment was in great shape. Shop is in a great location but can be a little challenging to pickup return due to traffic behind the plaza. This is outside of the business's control. All else was perfect.

FRANCIS JReturned right at 3pm and place was locked up already. Horrible storm with terrible raining and had to walk around building through ankle deep water. Would have been nice if door was open and could go through building.
JENNIFER SThe only issue I had was a bit of confusion as to the text that was sent to confirm I received the truck (and any other things that need checking before I took the truck). By the time I got the message, it was already an expired link. Otherwise, everything else was clear and clean.
Charles KThis location has a well maintained and varied fleet, and they've always provided friendly service. This is not the closest location to where I live, but I gladly go the few extra miles. Every time I have rented from this location, the experience has been great.

Elgin SReally nice people at this site. They had the trailer ready and was able to inspect my setup. This is right by my house, so if I need a Uhaul again, I'm going to request this place.
Carl CIt seemed as if I was a burden by dropping off a trailer. Zero assistance with the drop off procedure. Had to back into a tight space. Would have been nice to have a guide person. You don’t provide jack stands on your 6x12, would have been nice to have assistance releasing trailer from truck.
