Have personnel there when appointment is made, she was 45 minutes late. Dolly and blankets I paid for weren’t in truck. Clerk that helped with reservations told me about free month rental-said look for your own choice spot, never mentioned it had to be U-Haul operated. Had to call 5 different places to figure out: go to one place to do paperwork, go to another one to empty truck then another place to turn truck in! Horrible experience.
