maureen hTruck was disgusting. Interior of cargo box has this stinky sticky goop on the floor and walls. The cab was gross with crumbs and grease stains on dash and seats. Owner/workers clearly knew about it as they prepped the truck for an after hours pickup in which they had to place the key in the cargo box and place a combo lock in exterior. They clearly don't care about customer or equipment enough.

Xavier GReally would like an explanation as to why I was charged additional mileage for a 550 mile trip. My car traveled behind the truck for the entire trip and registered 550 miles, the map and all apps show about 550 mile trip and yet I was charged for exceeding 600 miles in the truck. Someone explain that to me? Really. I want an explanation.
