This was the worst experience with UHaul I have ever had. The site was difficult to find, even harder to use, and the information was not correct to the point we had to call customer service three times just to get the keys out of the lockbox. We ordered a dolley and that wasn't included, but we were still charged the $7. The truck itself was standard but everything about the "neighborhood pickup" process was absolutely pathetic and useless. I would NOT recommend and I will NOT be using again.

After renting a truck for 1 hour 15 minutes and drive about 13 miles, I was charged one hundred thirty dollars. Now I received a email saying that the reimbursement is for fifty three dollars. So the total will be about eighty dollars instead of the initial estimate offered of fifty one dollars $20 rental $15 insurance $15 miles I must say I love U-haul but at this time Im not happy with this situation.
