App said they had appliance dolly, but what they gave me was a half busted regular dolly. Also inconsistent internet at location to handle online paperwork. Guys nice enough but billing, equipment and space to move and park truck was very lacking.Bryan M.

The office was not in good shape nor clean. After confirming reservation with this office on Friday afternoon, I drove 4.5 hours on Saturday morning to find no truck available. The manager was very nice and explained someone had not returned the truck they were going to give me. However, I did not receive a text/call/email to tell me this ahead of time. I would have rescheduled at a later date. After multiple calls to the area office, I was told there was nothing they could do except give me a bigger truck and give me free insurance. The manager said he had no control on that deduction and could not do that at his office. I called and cancelled with 2 friends who were to help me load because I didn't know how long I would be. Finally, a truck came rolling in to the office and the manager was able to get it swept out and send me on my way. I was very unhappy with the experience.Terrence S.

i think the owner is very professional there was a guy there named kash that was giving him a hard time about the auto shop he has there I was a witness the man was usuing the n word and disrespecting the owner he showed a lot of restraint the guy tried to call in to uhaul but there was another lady outside that took his keys and placed them in the box I saw the box it has uhaul marked on it and has a camera above it . I have to admit there are some cars in front that are being repaired but this is a mechanic shop duhh I have been usuing this location for years and he has never been anything but nice to me I have read some harsh reviews about this location but what people don't know is he hires people with autism and retired vets so they will have an income all his reviews have one thing in common he is a very nice guy and a asset to this communityTheresa M.
Simply the nastiest business location I have ever encountered. Junk cars, grease and oil covered parts of the lot. The location was closed at 10:00 am on Monday and there was not a key drop. I had to call UHaul to arrange a place too leave the key. Good bye UHaul.James C.

Dropped truck after hours. Had to park in the lot next door. Could not find a dropbox for after hours. Left the key in a unlocked box that said uhaul written in marker. The premises is cluttered and poorly lit.Robert L.
He's a scammer, fast talker and thinks he's so street smart. Verbally asked me if I wanted insurance and I said no! Well he put insurance on my receipt anyway, and tried to say I must have agreed to it when I made the reservation calling the 800 number. Has my email address as firstname.lastname@example.org. Have no idea whose email that is unless it's one of his alias email addresses. Asking me why I would make a reservation calling the 800 number when all I have to do is come in. So glad I did because I have some kind of back up and proof. This isn't the Uhaul Dealer I asked for anyway. I hadn't even got off the phone when I got a text with his phone number on it! I just wonder how many folks he's scammed in the past. Also, his sign Bottom Dollar isn't even visible. I stopped in a lot of places and asked. After driving up and down Hwy 29 and coming back in Salisbury, because 29 North eventually turns in to South Main St we stopped at this hole in the wall location and it was his location. I asked why was his address not visible and he had some off to wall story. I will never use him again, and will not send any of my colleagues from work there. I work at one of the High Schools in this city and we all share info with good experiences and the bad experiences.Marion T.

The gentleman was nice and pleasant, but the area was very tight to drive into and was very messy. My wife and I were surprised at the junk around the area. We would not want to use this location again. We were also charged insurance which we were unaware of or informed about and the dolly we requested was not there. We had to move our appliances without a dolly. This made moving more difficult. A partial refund would be appreciated on the entire $157 rental fee.Tim G.
The man at this location figured our over mileage charge and we paid him cash. Few days later, we get email from UHaul saying we owed $10.65 plus $30 late fee. This was frustrating since we had paid the amount. We called him back and the problem was resolved. He did what was needed to correct the problem.Stephen R.

Didn't know what the place was when I drove up. The guy that took the keys was VERY dirty and I crossed my fingers that he wasn't lying to me that I could leave the keys with him. the place looks like a junk yard.Debbie A.

When I returned the truck the same day I was told don't worry about filling it back up just give them $20 and they would do it. My wife paid the you lady the $20 and we asked for a receipt. The young lady said that their system was down. I hope we don't get charge extra unexpected fees.Donnell B.

Probably the most disgusting automotive facility I've ever been in. I had to literally walk over scrap wheels, tires, random engine parts to find the "office" which looked like a storage bin for more crap. There was not a path cleared in any direction for someone to walk through without stepping over or around garbage. After not finding anyone in the office, which doesn't even have a desk, I had to go find someone who was out underneath a van working, which is understandable for a one man operation. When asked what to do with the trailer I was simply instructed to "leave it where ever". I was offered no help, which is fine I'm a grown man, I can unhook a trailer. Then I was offered no receipt, basically told they couldn't give me one. One again, I understand automotive environments aren't the cleanest, as I've been a mechanic for 16 years now, I've seen all types. However, the only thing comparable to this location is a scrap yard. The fact you let this facility operate for you says a lot about your business, and I can assure you you won't have to worry about me ever renting something from you again.clay B.

I recently rented a uhaul from this company and the service was perfect. Although there was an irate customer that was acting very impatient and out of line for what I could see no reason at all, I would definitely use again and recommend bottom dollar to anyone needing there service. A++++Tracy K.

Entire process took 20 mins... in the pouring rain........was soaked to the bone ....i didn't have proper paperwork.....guy was friendly.....customer service was very good ....if i was under a roof while waiting I'd give them an A......but i wasn't so they get a D........gilbet V.
