The whole experience was horrible from booking to drop off I will try to never have to use Uhaul again After booking they cancelled the pick up location Then the truck was in poor condition bad tires Broken mirrors Then the drop off location was changed and when we went to drop off no one gave us paperwork or checked in then I was charged additional charges and the invoice stated dropped off on Tuesday which it was dropped on Monday Very poor service

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer fiberglass was damaged and the right light didn’t work. But it did the job.
Timothy FThe car trailer had a wheel strap that was defective and was on the trailer for rent when I took . Upon loading the car, I realized that the strap needed to be replaced. I called uhall and they did replace the strap relatively quickly, just the whole thing could have been avoided had the trailer been in good condition to begin with
Gerard LThe people were nice, we almost missed them for pick up because they were also very busy with other things, when we brought the trailer back doors were open and lights on but no one there so got charged for returning after hours. Were unable to haul pickup on trailer because the trailer wasn’t long enough, we got charged over $100 just to find out it wouldn’t work. Well actually charged full price because the funds have yet to be returned. The guy renting to us filled out a form and then handed over a small screen for me to sign, there was no way to review what I was signing.
