The people were nice, we almost missed them for pick up because they were also very busy with other things, when we brought the trailer back doors were open and lights on but no one there so got charged for returning after hours. Were unable to haul pickup on trailer because the trailer wasn’t long enough, we got charged over $100 just to find out it wouldn’t work. Well actually charged full price because the funds have yet to be returned. The guy renting to us filled out a form and then handed over a small screen for me to sign, there was no way to review what I was signing.
