The visor was broken and the check engine light was on.
EMILY LI when to pick my rental no body was there I went back to the original place and they told me that my reservation was transferred to 112 Main Street Norwalk so I went there no body there no body answer the door bell I called U-Haul the girl told me that somebody must be there then she told me that the phone was busy I have to make a new reservation used my credit card when this was already reserved by corp Faherty Brand because I rent truck ther all the time was a mess and I will think twice before using you guys again and all this will be reported to corporate very disappointed completely bad service the truck was a I don’t want to say more have the check engine light it was something hanging from the rooftop complet a mess.
Arthur PIt should be made clear to customers that personnel will not be on site. It was very confusing to show up and not see any UHaul employees. It was also frustrating to have to complete the return procedures via the app rather than doing it with a human.

Brian AVery congested and hard to park. Truck was not there to pick up. 35 min waiting for service person to arrive. Waited additional 10 min for him to reset warning to find it did not work. Engine light and tire pressure warning were on. Could not read odometer.
