My rating has nothing to do with the location itself or the gentleman who helped me. He was very nice and patient and got everything squared away for me as quickly as possible. He on his own gets 5 stars for helping me outside of his UHaul hours. The rating is for the fact that I booked the vehicle outside of his hours and I was deemed “ineligible” for Truck Share at that location. I called the toll free number and the wait was 50-60 minutes when I had movers on their way to my parents’ house. If the owner hadn’t already been on his way, I may have been SOL. Again, I really appreciate him and his time. It’s the app/system I had an issue with. And if it was user error, the site should not have allowed me to book with a clerk to avoid confusion.
