Terrible location, started with a dog growling at me and running toward me as I entered the door as if it was going to bite me, The dog continued to jump and slobber on me while I was checking out. card was repeatedly declined for an unknown reason (I've used this card for renting uhaul trailer at least 6 times in the last year) forcing me to go get cash. Got a screw or nail in my tire while driving to the trailer location at the back of the property causing a flat tire about 10 miles after I left. Was overcharged for entire weekend because I dropped after they closed on Friday and had mystery additional charges beyond rental rates. Dropped the trailer at night because of several delays throughout my move (not related to uhaul) to avoid additional charges and found the property completely dark without a level spot on the property almost resulting in the trailer rolling into my truck even after disconnecting on the flattest area on the lot I could see. The tires on the trailer looked very old and didn't appear to have been washed for a long time, the lights flickered every bump I hit and there was a very small leak in the front corner of the trailer getting some items wet. I rented the enclosed trailer specifically because I was moving a short distance and it was going to be raining, I had access to an open trailer free so it was quite annoying having to pack and load to keep things dry inside the trailer. I've rented uhaul dozens of times in recent years while I was buying storage units and this was my worst experience by far. I've never been overcharged before, nor have I thought I was going to be bit by an aggressive dog while at a uhaul locationAnthony S.
The guy came out of the building after I had parked and immediately started messing with his phone. I assume he was checking it in but never said one word to me even after I said Good Morning and where would you like the trailer parked. Finally after about 5 minutes of watching him messing with his phone he unhooked the trailer and said OK. That's the total of our conversation. VERY RUDE!George C.

I was told it was a brand new trailer, and perhaps it was, but it was dirty inside. Leaves and grass all over the floor, so I had to clean it before I packed. Also O do not know wh6 the owner has to go over every line of the reservation form. Every line. That is the purpose of pre- registration and prepayent, right? Saves no time hereGreg F.

The rental contract was put in someone else's name. Uhaul gave the person my personal information and he called me wondering why it was in his name. Not sure why uhaul didn't call me to sort it out. The pick up location wasn't open on a Saturday due to a local festival so they closed. I had to track down the owner at the festival and it took about an hour for him to sort it out.Eddie R.
We had originally reserve the truck with Rainbow Storage. We went to make final arrangements the day before only to find out that they had no reservation for me even with a confirmation number. The lady, Lynn, had to call and find out where we had to go. We ended up about 30 miles to pick up the truck.Kristin M.

My pickup location was changed by uhaul at the last minute so I couldn't arrange for a closer pickup and then I was charged 10.00 for the extra milage.I had to go way out of my way to get the truck.Don't think I'll use uhaul anymore.Cathy G.

I couldn't even go inside it smelt bad from 2 dogs that came to the door barking which one is a BLK and white pit bull so I wasn't going inside owner said he didn't bite but he sure looked like he would kept barking the smell was awful standing outside I plainly told guy working I'm not going inside with them dogs barking and it smelt he went back inside completed the paperwork if he's an authorized dealer for uhaul and representative of your company I'd be ashamed send any person pick up there it's gross nasty and inside can uhaul had white dog hair all in it which I assume was from his dogs and the truck he wrote up first wouldn't start said must need battery if he had confirmation a truck was to be picked up why wouldn't he went out checked be sure ran ok before stating he had one had that one didn't start was only 26 on lot we'd had no uhaul I was too puck up in Perry I went to that Taylor storage she assured me if I went online placed order I'd be guaranteed a truck from their my next move I will not be using uhaul the pick up place was wrong the pick up place y'all sent me too was gross nasty and my order wasn't correct he tryed charge me $282.00 and online it stayed $130.00 MadisonLouis D.

was VERY disappointed in the reservation I made If I could rate that it would be a 1 star because nothing was lower. had it for Perry and 2 days before I found out the pickup was over 200 miles away in jacksonville. after waiting over 30 minutes to speak to someone I was told it was based on avability, and found another location in Tallahassee still 100 miles. but did find the one in Mayo 40 miles away after I pitched a fit, I told her I would not cuss, but if I did she would have gotten an earful. the location in Mayo was very helpful.roland C.
He complained that he didn't need another trailer. He didn't have internet service e outside the. Holding and kept having to go back and forth inside and outside to check numbers. The check in took so long that we finally just left the equipment and went home.Greg F.
I dropped the trailer off on 7/27/18 at 8:00am and waited until 8:30, I called Bow to Stern and left message about drop off and asked for a return phone call and left my phone number. I tried to call back three or four times and still no response. A call back would be helpful.William S.

i rented a moving dolly and I did not get the dolly, it was on a saturday and was closed by the time i realized the dolly wasn't there. I did call the company to let them know so I would not be charged for a dolly that I never received.April D.

Be a little kinder to the customer...Not charge them for an extra day. And a charge for 1/2 mile over the allowance. If my truck would have been @ the Brickyard, I would not have been over on miles. I want someone to call me. I had a trailer which swayed last time and I was charged for dropping it off... Not happy with Uhaul at the moment.. Look at the rentals we have paid you in the last 2 years....Stanley B.

Please encourage the employees to watch the UHAUL videos on hooking up and towing. I DID watch them and because of that, I knew how to correct the errors on the hitch job that the salesman made. Excellent videos!Leah Q.
I am terrified of dog's. They have dog's in the store loose at the drop off location. When you open the door the dog's are on the door. My husband went inside as for me it wasn't a comfortable situation.teresa L.

The lights on the only 6/12 trailer they had on the lot didn't work. First time I've experienced that w/ U-Haul. I wound up switching to a 5x8 and it was full of sand. I had to blow it out myself w/ a blower.Don K.

There was no jack on the trailer which caused problems when returning it as they were closed. Back right tire on trailer needs too be check. It rode very poor also the trailer leaked so everything was wet.BELINDA H.
