Pick up and drop off experience was the worst it could possibly be. The app and web experience was awful. Uhaul should only do in office pick up and drop off. If you can't get an app or website to work right in 2026 you just shouldn't use it. The location was fine.

Denton RHook up okay but then the brake lights and turn signals never worked.
David SYou could let me know, or tell me when im on the phone makeing reservation thatvil need a plug for the back of my truck to make lights work which I had at home,,but had to buy at location..also had a ball and hitch but wrong size ball....idk I was just not as well I formed as i thought I would have been more prepared
