This was the worst experience with U-Haul I ever had. The mismanagement by both U-Haul and the U-Haul broker was so significant that it resulted in my move being delayed by 2 hours where I had to pay the movers $200.00 for no moving services completed. I think the service I received was so unbelievably poor that U-Haul should consider an internal investigation or audit to ensure this type of issue never occurs again. I also recommend compensation for me for the loss of time and money and the significant stress you caused both myself and the movers. I don’t think I’ve received poorer service from any type of business im any industry ever in my life. My movers agreed that the mismanagement by u-haul was the worst they’ve ever seen.

JESSE LI was charged for fuel and fuel surcharge totalling $82+. I went to the location to have the charges reversed as the truck was left with more fuel then when taken. I asked for this to be reversed and so far it has not. Nor a conformation email or call to say it has been corrected.
