I am very dissatisfied with my recent U-Haul rental experience (Order No. 27953815, dated May 12, 2026). I was charged significantly more than expected, and the final amount did not match the estimate provided at the time of booking. There was no clear explanation for these additional charges, which is frustrating. I request a detailed breakdown of the charges and a prompt resolution of this issue. Transparency in pricing is very important, and this experience did not meet my expectations. I hope this matter will be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.

The owner didn't understand the rules for mobile self-pickup. He gave me wrong information and then when I went to pick the truck up, the link to do so was not available. I had to call the U-Haul helpline to get someone to help picking up the truck. The owner needs to better understand the system.

Alexander DUhaul should stop misleading advertisements regarding pricing. The website says 50 dollars to rent van but ends up being over 100 dollars after mileage fees and extra charges.
