Well the vendor had the fuel gage marked wrong lucky I took a picture and the lady from uhaul corrected it which made me happy but I am not happy that I had to call and explain myself to get it refunded

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. I rented a moving truck because I was moving between two condos, and I had paid to reserve elevators for three hours at both the condo I was moving out of and the condo I was moving into. Since this location does not open until 9:30 AM, I specifically reserved the truck through the app for pickup from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM using the app's after-hours pickup option. I also rented two dollies and one dozen furniture pads. I arrived before 8:00 AM and opened the app to access the lockbox, but instead of providing the lockbox code, the app simply instructed me to call customer service. I spent approximately 20–30 minutes trying to get through to a representative. I was eventually told that the location was supposed to have set up the vehicle so that I could access it through the app, but they had failed to do so, which meant I could not unlock the truck. Meanwhile, time was passing. I had already arranged for several people to help me move and had paid for elevator reservations at both locations, so I was understandably extremely frustrated because I was now expecting additional costs and delays due to an issue that was completely outside of my control. At exactly 9:30 AM, when the location finally opened, I was able to pick up the truck. However, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the process and the pickup was unnecessarily slow and disorganized. Even more surprisingly, the truck did not contain the equipment I had already rented. I had reserved two dollies and one dozen furniture pads, but none of them were in the truck. I had to physically load the two dollies into the truck myself and personally count and load all of the furniture pads. This is especially concerning because even if I had been able to pick up the truck at 8:00 AM as planned, the equipment I had paid for was not actually prepared or placed in the truck. So the problem was not simply the delayed pickup—it was also the failure to provide the equipment I had reserved. When I returned the truck after finishing my move, I parked it in a designated parking space. I was then asked to move the truck one space back and park somewhere else. I refused because the space I had used was clearly a valid parking space, and I could not understand why I was being asked to move it. I also had to personally unload the dollies and return them to the store myself. I chose U-Haul because it is a large and well-known company, and I expected a professional and reliable moving experience. Unfortunately, the management and service at this location were extremely disappointing. The entire experience was poorly organized, unnecessarily stressful, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from this location to choose a different U-Haul location. One star feels generous. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Robi KConvient location to Sentinel Storage (3 blocks), and close to Stoney trail. My only problem was the gentleman doing the paper work to prepare to get truck. Took about an hour. I assumed most of it would be pre prepared except for showing/entering drivers licence. Asked same questions over and over. Perhaps gentleman needs more training on U Haul system.
