Felt I got scammed on fuel. In 20 miles of travel there is no way I used 1/4 tank of gas which I ended up getting charged for.

Ken DWas accused of breaking an existing tag on the keychain and was threatened that the police will come deal with me. Wouldn’t check out my rent 3 hours of my weekend gone had to wait for the police to come and the place reopened the file and made false claims and the U-Haul being dirty and false mileage. Horrible experience will never rent from U-Haul again.
Kevin EWell the vendor had the fuel gage marked wrong lucky I took a picture and the lady from uhaul corrected it which made me happy but I am not happy that I had to call and explain myself to get it refunded
