The inside of the truck was very messy. There were peanuts (shells) and debris on floor and console. Otherwise truck was in really good condition.
Susie RHaving truck ready at curbside would have been nice. Also, inside of front windshield was dirty - didnt realize until on the road and trying to use outside wiper to clean it. Overall great experience.

DARREN FWas wrongfully charged $20 For fuel. Picked it up with half tank and returned it with half tank but still got charged $20. Thats bs!

GLENN MI have never had an easier transaction at a Uhaul location. One person working, no nonsense. I will attempt to use this location whenever I need a van or trailer. Drop off was easier than pick up if that’s even possible. I really appreciate the service I received.
Brian C1) The site did not have any blankets, which I had requested in my reservation. I was on time for the 9:00am reservation; 2) The van I was given was very low on gas, and the low tire pressure warning light was on; 3) The van was very dirty both in the cabin and in the back - dried mud; 4) The customer service representative told me to "lighten up and take a deep breath" when I requested a van that did not have low tire pressure and little gas. He said the low tire pressure was due to the weather and would be fine to drive. I advised of I did not feel comfortable driving the van in inclement weather especially over a bridge. I was told the rain had stopped and was not supposed to pick back up for another day (it poured!) and 4) The second van was also very dirty and muddy. I could not transport furniture or clothing in it, which was the purpose of the rental. Please understand that your representative needs to recognize that giving a van to someone in poor weather with the potential of a flat tire creates a liability exposure for him, his company and U-Haul. If interested, I have pictures showing the poor condition of the back of the van. Thank you.

ALEX DPIckup time was 10:00 am. Showed up at 10:05. There was a line of people waiting for their trucks. No employee. Finally at 10:17 someone shows up and says she was moving trucks from the lot. I had reserved the truck online but she wanted me to use the app. No wifi to download the app. Took 17 minutes to download. App was super slow and she ended up doing it on the iPad. You're supposed to take pictures of the truck before you go but it was raining, the app kept crashing out, and I was like, "Forget it."

I called him the night before four minutes before closing time and he answered the phone and walked me through the whole process making it a very smooth Rental process for me. STEFAN GI chose this location because they listed their hours as open on Sunday. I was not informed they were actually closed until it was too late for me to change my plans. I wanted to complete check-in with a person and I wanted to avoid using the app. The app kept glitching and made the check-out and check-in process very stressful for me. The truck itself was in good condition.

ANTHONY GThe app for pickup usually works. On 11/8 the app pop-up kept stating “the app couldn’t load properly and try again” I attempted to close the app and reopen for ten minutes before leaving the pickup lot but it wouldn’t work. On 11/9 at 11;45 when I entered the extra lot at 11:43 am and entered the gate code, the app again wouldn’t upload my mileage or gas gauge pic, my camera was enabled. I returned the 9’ cargo van with 3/4 tank and took pictures of the interior/exterior before dropping the keys off in the lock box at the drop off location at 11:50 am. I contacted the customer service 24/7 support line and spoke to Suni and provided her my mileage pic. I attempted on both an Android and iPhone for the app, both did not work and the click here link after trying to upload the pic, the link did not work. Lastly, when I went to the app and went to “orders”, I had to click the box “return my rental” 4 times before it finally proceeded onto the next steps. The app needs work. This is twice within 21 days of having issues with the U-Haul App.

DORIS KThe service was great the vehicle is ready on time and was clean however what is disturbing to me is that there is several U-Haul stores between my home and Brentwood here and where I had to go to rent the truck in Concord approximately 27 Mi away this adds to frustration as I For for 54 MI of mileage that was spent just going to and from my home to the U-Haul lot I think there's quite a bit of oversight on this or that you are just trying to up the fees for the rentals it makes no sense to me ….Unless you're trying to get more money from your rentals. however you do your staging it's up to you but the person doing it is doing a poor job

SUNSHINE DEvery U-Haul I’ve ever been to seems like it is just barely hanging on, always takes forever, people are never friendly, I used to dread having to go to U-Haul. This location is by far the best U-Haul I’ve ever experienced. The guy who runs it is super friendly, super chill, knows what he’s doing, gets you in and out super fast, I will never go to another truck rental place as long as this location is open and run by the person who is running it now. This guy deserves a raise or a corporate position or something. You guys could really learn how to run your other locations from this location. I can’t stress enough how thoroughly easy and pleasant the experience is for renting a truck when I go to this location.

DAVID RI originally had a reservation at a different u-haul facility. Upon my arrival I was told that they had overbooked and that they had no vehicles available. Luckily I found this facility where I was quickly helped.

I should not be expected to connect the trailer myself. i have never had to do this. i have always had an employee put it on for me. big liability were I to have done it improperly and gotten into a crash. 2) the trailer door was broken. the trailer was in very poor condition. old and run down. not suitable for renting.

TRACEY FThe cost per mile was a bit excessive but overall it was good experience. Remember to take pictures of your starting and ending mileage. I thought I had but could not read the ending mileage. At $1.39 per mile it adds up quick!
