utpal GThe employees were very approachable. That’s is the only positive aspect. Nobody assisted me on connecting the trailer to my vehicle. The first trailer had a flat tire. I was told to take it like that and get the tire fixed. What I was going to spend it was going to be refunded. How about my time ??? I was give a smaller trailer and it was difficult to connect. I did not know if the brakes work because I needed a spotter. I had to wait for a friend to spot me to see if the lights work. I wasted hours !!!
