It took nearly 2 hours to complete the self checkout. The first part was trying to scan my license. Unfortunately, I had just renewed my license and only had my paper license. I received assistance from Nicole who was amazing and stayed connected throughout the whole ordeal. I was prompted (in the app) to scan the location barcode. There was no barcode in or out of the location. Nicole had to bypass for the next step which was retrieving the key. I received the numerical code for the orange box but there was no key inside. Nicole had to provide the alphabetical codes for the two black boxes to try to find the key. Finally located the key in the 2nd box. While the truck was generally in good condition. There floorboards and the back floor was dirty. Overall it was a very frustrating experience. Nicole deserves all the flowers but she was an angel who stayed calm patient and diligent. Thank you Nicole. Not sure who handles that location but it needs to be improved.

Keith HThe lockbox was the only good thing but the key was not inside. It took an hour on the phone with CS until the line was disconnected and I went inside the store to ask about the key. The clerk had to make a call to someone and I had to show some kind of proof of my reservation just to get the key. That truck was so filthy. No fuel like the app had and I was charged more mileage than used.
Beltina SGiving a rating of ‘fair’ is being generous. This location needs a streamlined process. I was not able to pick up the truck for nearly an hour after arriving. I had to make several calls to Uhaul attempting to get assistance. It was very frustrating and time consuming. There were so many things wrong here, but I don’t want to relive the process by pointing them all out. The easiest part was the return. I will only pickup at Uhaul company owned locations in the future.
