I initially made a reservation for the Altamonte location, but was called and told that they didn’t have the truck I needed and directed me to the Apopka location. Upon arrival I called to let them know I was on the way. I was told by a man who stated he was out the country to continue and go there, he gave me a number to call the person who was there. He never answered the phone as I was on the way there. I get there and he tells me they are not renting the U-Haul and was very dismissive. I advised him to call his supervisor because I was told to come here. He stated several times that they were not renting the U-Haul. I had to call the person who told me to come there on the phone in front of him for him to listen to me, after I reserved at another location but was sent to their location. The windshield wipers didn’t work, and the floor was sticky
