Inform your locations of the proper billing and drop off procedures. This has been a very poor experience with U-Haul in general. I would never recommend to use U-Haul to anyone. The equipment worked well and did the job I needed it to do. I have filed a complaint with your 800 number an the details should be not that call. Mostly poor communication and information on the rental.

The left front tire had very little tread on the tire. The truck was pretty clean though. I reserved a truck at a different location and was called the day before that I was going to have to pick it up here. The gal there was super nice and added that they were in the middle of updating the location.
