clean the mud off the truck
Adam KThe Brander location was very good. However, the original location of my reservation on Fraser highway in Abbotsford was extremely disappointing. They took a very long time processing the reservation when I arrived even though I had called them earlier to make the reservation and provided all details needed including credit card payment. Then when I picked up the trailer the person discovered the very small lights on the side of the trailer were not working and he could not fix them. This is ridiculous because he said the trailer was returned the day before and he inspected it and found everything was working. He could not rent any other trailer from his location so he sent me on an over 1 hour detour to the Bradner location where I had to go through the whole registration process again. The Bradner location was in the opposite direction from where I needed to go and I later learned there are 2 other locations in the direction I needed to go. This was extremely frustrating and I believe a refund should be provided for this very disappointing experience.
Rick CTruck had water pooled up in right back corner, blankets were wet also.
Anvir GI had to renew my DL and only had a temp license so I could not rent. Had to go get wife to rent it and she to drive. Could you not keep a copy of my DL for just these time. Very much a hassle. Not the merchants fault they where excellent. Haul policy to blame.
Christine FThis location was great however the experience with U-Haul itself was terrible. Both the app and website were not working. I spent over one hour at the first location I was sent to just trying to get the checkout to work. It wasn’t until I finally told the lady on the phone I want another location that is open so I can talk to a person. They then sent me to Bradner which was a great location. She admitted the POS system was down but managed to get me on my way. If you know your POS system is down then TELL YOUR CLIENTS so we don’t waste time. I had people waiting for me for 2 hours.
Nicholas NI booked for 9 am and i had the confirmation email but when i went there for pick up they said its for different location and different time . I don’t know how it’s possible if the email confirmation shows different time and the booking is for different time. It’s so inconvenient and frustrated.

LORRAINE LCashier told us we were good to go but a few days later we got a call, and a text from a different location and said we were over due with our trailer but we brought it back a day before then we had too.

LYLE GTruck was filthy, hours after I was pulled over by RCMP because he was unable to identify the license plate of the U Haul truck. No furniture pads supplied in bag at rear of truck. Truck has major driveline vibration.
ROSS GThis place was amazimg service was lovely. Had a welcoming and at home feel would highly reccomend again for uhaul or for any other general things.

Allan WRetailer pick up was excellent !!! Uhaul booking was a nightmare !!! Booked a month in advance then was called 2 days before pickup that I would have to go 300 km or to the USA to pick up a 26 ft Or a 20 foot and open trailer to move my furniture 6 hours away which included 2 ferries and overnite packing Was passed to 4 ppl over 2 hours on the phone until someone in Florida found 2 26 foot trucks less than an hour from my departure location This business is going to crap No one cares about customer service Everything is contracted out And it’s a roll of the dice whether you get a truck the day you need it No compensation for the stress and inconvenience and then got charged .99 cents for going over the km limit ! Seriously I have used Uhaul for many moves over years but this will be the LAST time !
Leah FThe woman who was working there was very nice but because she has her own store to run, she could not help me right away and so my day was very delayed from there. I don't like that U-Haul is now little outlets in other stores, it's prevents excellent service. The truck was not clean.

dale gBooked the uhaul to a specific location, the reservation was saying the truck might not be available and that I would be contacted by a uhaul representative in the next days. Got a call as expected saying the truck was available at the location without specifing the location wasn't the one I booked at but a different one 30km away! Needless to say, at the end I had an extra $200+gas additional km. Thanks.
