TERI CI’m very upset that I was told inaccurate information. I booked a 20 foot truck to move my mother. Two days before I was told there was not a truck available in okawville and I needed to go to Mt. Vernon instead and told get a 36 foot for the same price . That did not happen they knew nothing about it . They said call U-Haul corporate which I did and i was credited back $40. I know there is more than a $40 difference in rental of. 20 foot vs. 26 foot truck !!!

TIMOTHY WI would recommend as a drop off site so not have to bring back to starting location for a good price. I only said “NO to the helpful question “ since my husband had to unhook and take trailer off by himself. They are not light . Maybe there was only one person that worked the office there as I didn’t see anyone else and no one was called to help unhook trailer.It a good location to drop off. I do t like to give bad reviews.

JERI RA U-Haul was a piece of freaking garbage it wouldn’t run. It was low on oil had a flat tire. It was dirty. The door broke. It’s like what kind of business are you guys running with piece of crap equipment
Saundreah DI rented a car transport trailer. The whole sign in and hook up process took about 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful in getting hooked up. Dropping it after I was finished only took 5 minutes and I was on my way. Very professional and helpful.

Randy BThe U-Haul I rented there was something wrong with the front of it. The steering wheel had a lot of play in it. And it made banging noise on the front end. I would say there was something wrong with the front end of it.

The process went smoothly, the truck was clean, they were both very kind and helpful, they even saved us some extra money. This is definitely the place to go. If I need another U-Haul this location is certainly where I will take my business. Thanks for a great experience guys!

Michael DI really didn't mind driving 30 minutes away to pick up the small trailer, but when I arrived, it would have been nice if the pick-up location offered a restroom for its clients. "We don't have a public restroom" is Not good customer service. Luckily, the Dairy Queen next door had a bathroom. Secondly, the business owner took a couple of calls while we sat and waited. Next time, get a name and number and call them back when it's their turn. And finally, turn down the office TV while conducting business. I normally get my U-Hauls here in Salem, Illinois, at the local hardware store. I hope in the future I don't have to drive so far to pick up and return the trailer.

Brett HHonestly my experience was just about seamless. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped us because it was a truly unexpected emergency that we went through. That man helped us and his customer service and hospitality was excellent. We were able to tow our vehicle from the middle of the country to our destination & we couldn’t have done it without his help and the genuinely good people we met during our time of need.
