I’m very upset that I was told inaccurate information. I booked a 20 foot truck to move my mother. Two days before I was told there was not a truck available in okawville and I needed to go to Mt. Vernon instead and told get a 36 foot for the same price . That did not happen they knew nothing about it . They said call U-Haul corporate which I did and i was credited back $40. I know there is more than a $40 difference in rental of. 20 foot vs. 26 foot truck !!!
