Sucks I had to drop this back to mount Vernon instead of different u haul next to me or pay extra to drop off some where else the place I got it from guy was great good customer service but had to wast more more for gas to drop off instead of going right down road to drop off

I was charged extra at drop off because the person who put in my reservation put in the wrong destination. They put in the drop off place instead of where I was going. Very upset customer and I will not be using Uhaul in the future.

Returned my truck full. He immediately assumed I was someone else. Said I wasnt getting my deposit back. Called his boss. He was no help either. Said they had no cash on hand and last time he did Uhaul never gave his money back. I still dont have my deposit back. Will never do business with you again.

Manager was extremely rude and indicated he had better things to do than rent a UHaul to me. Said his $60 commission was costing him business elsewhere and suggested I was taking up too much of his time. Had I not needed it so badly that particular day, I would have definitely cancelled and taken my business elsewhere.

You need to improve your online reservation system. I was unable to go online and up date my Reservation #22314690 to show it would be dropped off in California on May 26th not in town on May 25th. Now I'm being charged $44.95 a day because nobody checked the Tow-dolly in when it was Returned in Concord, CA at the Uhaul on Monument Bl on May 26th.

the dealer was argumentative and hotile about fulfilling my RESERVATION on saturday because he had 1-26' truck and another Reservation for the same on monday. ??? he also tacked on the haul insurance without asking me and I DID NOT put in on when I reserved it, and did not want it. It colors my whole view of Uhaul as an entity. very frustrated with the whole thing

Trailer tail lights were working then stopped working. Was pulled over by a police officer, luckily he let me off since it wasn't my trailer and asked me to drive with4 way flasher on so I could be seen.

There was an issue(?) with the reservation and the agent had to redo it. In doing so my former SD address was used even though I had given him my IL drivers license. Also he never asked which insurance coverage I wanted and arbitrarily chose one for me. I NEVER buy insurance! This resulted in a 42% increase in my rental expense!!!! Yes it was on the contract before I signed it. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the details.

Have an app that works. If the owner of the location had not been available at my pick up time, which was before this location opens for the day, I would have been out of luck. The app was easy to use, but when the verification part of the process came, my reservation/I could not be verified. The contact in the app asked me if I could go inside, when I replied that I could he quickly ended the conversation. When I tried to use the app again, I was able to get to the question about existing damage, clicking next brought me back to the home page, every time. I could go no further, and so I canceled my reservation. I will not be using this app again, and will only use a Uhaul if all other options are unavailable. The owner of this location should be given a bonus for helping me, and making another reservation the old fashioned way. He could however, use some training and education in the your app, your software, and computers in general.

Arrived to pick up the truck the day before my move and was told by the owner almost scornfully that he didn't have an appliance dolly this was part of what I ordered online and was very important to have as I was moving lots of appliances and the owner told me that he didn't have one he had a regular dolly he could rent to me of which I had one no effort was made to locate one from a nearby uhaul in the same area just no I don't have one tough luck so sorry he had to pay me cash because he couldn't remove it from my online order my thinking was my that when I placed my order online a few days before I was going to need it that ALL the equipment would have been gathered to complete the order for the customer guess I was wrong I had to go to the other side of town to another uhual to rent a an appliance dolly that owner was rude and for that any future moving I have to do I will not be choosing uhaul unless I get it from a buiness with better customer care
