I ordered two dollies with my U-Haul. Through no fault of the retailer, there were no dollies available. U-Haul needs to do a better job of keeping track of their inventory and ensuring products or where they need to be. Because I was missing two dollies my move took me twice as long and I ended up having to pay for more hours of help. This is extremely irresponsible of U-Haul. It will make me consider never using U-Haul again, but opting for something like rider instead.

The noted above was not our drop off location. Our drop off location was supposed to be in Menomonie WI. However, after we unloaded I double checked the drop off location which had changed to Boyceville. So another 30+ miles from where we moved. Again, arrived at the drop off location and the app kept closing . Luckily there was someone there who took our keys and said they would take it from here. I let him know that the gas was at 1/2 tank vs 1/4 tank that we picked it up with. He just said ok. About 15 min later I saw a charge attempt to go through on my card. However, he did not have my updated expiration date so it declined. I immediately called him to see why he was charging my card. He said you went 40 miles over the planned trip. I stated no I did not , we picked up in Milltown WI, drove to Hertel (home) packed up and drove to Menomonie ( new home) then had to drive to the location U-Haul instructed we go to which was 30+ miles further than the original drop off. He said U-Haul will be in touch to work it out. I do not think we owe anything. We did not deviate from our planned move, in fact we had to drive further to get our pick up than originally planned as well as drive further to drop off. Total extra time for check in and different locations cut into three hours of our moving time.

Tracy KThey rented me a truck with no abs. Also before I left the facility 4 qts of oil and 2 qts of atf were added. The driver side front tire had chunks missing. The truck was not inspected by the franchise before rental.
