ROSA EAlthough it isn’t truly anyone’s fault that the spark plug blew on the final leg of our trip it was extremely disappointing. Uhual needs to invest in some new trucks with engines newer than the 90’s. They did get us a new truck 24 hours later, A1 movers kicked ass and helped us move the contents from one truck to a working truck in one hour! They were like angels sent from above. Oh and one more thing. When uhual says “a repairman is on the way, ETA 120 minutes” it isn’t true. They give you an ETA before they have even contacted the repairman which is dishonest and unfair to the repairman. He might get a text about a job and not see the message immediately. Real fishy. I appreciate everyone who helped us along the way, despite the misfortune we encountered.

tony gTruck was parked about ten feet from a 4 lane road in the sand, so inspecting the truck was a bit precarious. Inside clean. Windshield was streaked with mud so vendor had to clean it before I drove it. Vendor was pleasant enough.

Darnell GKey box code was wrong or the lock itself was broken. Took an hour between trying to unlock key box and calling customer service to get the key out of the back of the truck. Charged $25 for about an 1/8 tank of gas. 22 miles on the odometer. Terrible Experience all together.

thomas tLot is a bit difficult to find and cluttered, but the guy there is incredibly nice and helpful. He more than makes up for the look of the place. I liked him so much I grabbed his card because he does brakes and repairs in his shop. Without U-Haul I would have never stopped by. Thank you, now I already have auto repair place I can trust.

Barbara CI ordered the wrong trailer and the gentleman fixed it for me with no problem. He was very helpfuld I would definitely be coming back to him for service… yes I did call a few family members that’s always rent a uhual.

julio oMake sure the person at the pearl MS location install my trailer hitch correctly so when I go to rent a trailer in Albuquerque NM and my lights don’t work right I don’t have to go to another location to get it fixed before I can use the trailer. Then why make it where you have to pay 5 days when you should have to pay for more. I won’t do business with this company again.
Sheilene SI had to go to three different uhaul locations to pick up my uhaul and auto transport. When getting to the Coors location, we weren’t helped when putting on the auto transport, and had very little contact with the man checking us out. Luckily I had driven a uhaul before, but otherwise we might have been in a dangerous situation with no safety information given to us.
