Although it isn’t truly anyone’s fault that the spark plug blew on the final leg of our trip it was extremely disappointing. Uhual needs to invest in some new trucks with engines newer than the 90’s. They did get us a new truck 24 hours later, A1 movers kicked ass and helped us move the contents from one truck to a working truck in one hour! They were like angels sent from above. Oh and one more thing. When uhual says “a repairman is on the way, ETA 120 minutes” it isn’t true. They give you an ETA before they have even contacted the repairman which is dishonest and unfair to the repairman. He might get a text about a job and not see the message immediately. Real fishy. I appreciate everyone who helped us along the way, despite the misfortune we encountered.
