Pick-up and drop off were very stressful as the location was closed. Took us much longer than expected to get the keys
Shirley DDidn't have dollies available when I picked up truck. Had to go to another location miles away wasting time and with the movers waiting to rent one. Didn't have both dollies I needed at the other location and was only able to rent one small one. Uhaul should verify first before customer picks up truck.
rebecca fStaff at location are very professional and friendly. Always ask if we need any assistance or help. They are very knowledgeable of the area and make you feel at home when you arrive. It was a simple/stress free rental. After a long drive, this is the type of location you need to make you feel at home and well taken care of. Easy hook up and lot is very organized.
Jesse CPick up was chaotic. There was no one in the area to help with hooking up the trailers. Check in was slow. I was delayed an hour just waiting on the office to check in and my time was not adjusted to reflect the delay. The easiest part was when they were closed, and I had to drop off, I was able to do so in the app.

Domenick TSpoke with staff the day before rental and asked if hand cart and dolly would be in truck as pickup site had been changed due to availability. I was told it would be with the truck. I arrived after hours at 7pm for scheduled self pick up and a furniture dolly was present but no hand truck. Called customer support and was advised that I could purchase one from a store since it wasn't provided.

Sonja JVery good location staff was friendly and helped me out because I noticed that there was a little light on the dash and that was the tow light when you’re towing a car she told me just to tap it on the gearshift and it went away. Made a big difference was so happy to hear that.

Jacques BHow can you improve? You can start off by getting new management. I booked a van a week in advance and when I get there, at 730am Saturday morning, this place was closed! No keys, no van , no employees. When I called uhauls 800 number, I got a very nice representative which got in contact with the owner of this location. The owner shos up at 9am then makes me wait 15 minutes to set up her office. Finally she tells me to come in and I started asking her questions about why my vehicle was changed from a van to a box truck?? I asked her why did she have me show up at 730 ,register and open key box #2 only to find no key in it!! All she can say is , I don't know, I don't know. I finally left that place 1 1/2 late and with a box truck that I can barely drive. Overall a bad experience at this location. 👎

SAMY MI would recommend but the reason I answered the way I did was it was a grass lot nothing there but a small little shed for U-Haul. We dropped off after hours. But definitely no issues.

SAMY MBooked my 10ft truck 2 days in advance to only pick it up and my truck wasn't setup amd keys not left inside. I had to wait an additional hour and a half until this location opened to then get my truck causing me to be late and miss the very reason why I rented this truck. Waste of money and time

Carolina OThe location was closed when I dropped off the truck and would be closed for 2 days and there was an technical issue when I did the automatic truck return. I was made aware of the return issue and U-Haul customer service department was very helpful in making adjustments to my reservation to account for the additional days it would take for the actual location to confirm the return of the truck. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and handled the situation beyond my expectations. Thank you.

LINDA TI got there after hours. 12:30 PM on a Sunday. The lady next door was helpful. The steering wheel on the truck needs to be aligned. It was not straight.

Shana CThe app to take pictures of the vehicle is wonky. The 'click to take picture' icon needs to be visible at all times. I found it by accident trying to zoom the image in my camera app.
DAVID GThis was a really odd place to rent a uhaul. It was basically a shed on a farm with a computer. The girl was nice enough but she did not disclose to us the $20 fee if you drop off after hours. Did not see that fee until the contract was emailed to us after giving her the credit card. We had the truck from 9:00 to about 1:30. We drove 32 miles. At 1:30 the location was closed so it was considered an after hour drop off. The facility did not check the unit back in until the next day and therefore charged me for an extra day rental and the 20 after hour fee. I called the office and there was no answer. I left my details and asked for a call back to go over the charges. I did not hear from anyone so I called the main UHaul line and they credited me back the extra day. Still had to pay the after hour fee which I feel is wrong since there is nothing on line about that when you book reservation and then you are not told about it until after you pay. Maybe this isn’t an issue for most people who rent from a location that has normal business hours. That would be on me for picking this location. I would not recommend you choose this location.

ROBERT GI would never use U-Haul again. I was rerouted 3 times & thankfully the person at Branchton Farms was helpful enough to give me the truck she had. I had the confirmation on my phone when I went to pick it up but the system had rerouted me again to a location 45 minutes away. This happened the morning of my move. I spoke to 2 different reroute people, only 1 with any customer service. Moving is stressful enough without this. I would never use U-Haul again, you can’t trust them. 4 different location in 4 days is not ok.
