I would never use U-Haul again. I was rerouted 3 times & thankfully the person at Branchton Farms was helpful enough to give me the truck she had. I had the confirmation on my phone when I went to pick it up but the system had rerouted me again to a location 45 minutes away. This happened the morning of my move. I spoke to 2 different reroute people, only 1 with any customer service. Moving is stressful enough without this. I would never use U-Haul again, you can’t trust them. 4 different location in 4 days is not ok.
