I’ve been trying to reach someone to resolve this issue but so far have been unable to. My vehicle got switched three times. All three vehicles were filthy. I had to go to the dump to clean out the back of the U-Haul when I rented it because it had furniture in it from somebody else. The rental location was not responsive. And nobody wants to resolve the issue. I will never use this location again and most likely will not use U-Haul again.

Michael GUhaul sent me to the wrong location first. Then when I got there. They had zero trucks. Had to go to another location and talk to someone on the phone and would come out of there house?
