Pickup was more stress than I needed. Apparently I had picked a day when the location was closed. I had a reservation! I could have been warned and I might have explored other options. With a lot of time and multiple phone calls we got it worked out, but it was sweat time! And then to find out that there was an equipment compatibility issue. Better coordination before hand would have made this a better experience.
