Location was great, but I will no longer be using Uhaul ever again. I've ordered over 15 trailers/trucks in the last 12 months (feel free to check my account to verify) and this was my last reservation. Your new policy of charging and additional day for "after-hour dropoffs" is ridiculous. Charging someone who drops off their equipment at midnight for an additional day is insane. The location cannot even rent the equipment again until the following day. It's a pathetic excuse to try to swindle money out of customers who don't keep an incredibly close eye on their receipt. I had to open up the actual receipt itself as your "order confirmation" email does not even send me the amount IN the email. You've lost a customer who quite literally spends thousands a year with you over a pathetic new policy that's meant to do nothing but exploit overly trusting customers.
