This is 2times in one week i rent 10footer truck amd both are very dirty..I got my mattress so fucking dirty amd full of stuff from the floor of truck ..crazy...and I ask the guy can you.make sure i got a clean truck for ally stuff iny house please..yes yes of course he said..when i got there it was so fuck8ng dirty i ask for a vroom . No broom i ask for someone to clean and je told that they were too busy and back to back rentals so mo time to clean ..you want it or not??this is how it went ..fuckers..i know i use to be a uhaul dealer for 3years and the rules ate to clean and inspecting the teuck with customer ..they never did amd dint even want to come look with me ...so I. Askimg for refund on my last rental amd discount on my first one last saturday too...do something about it ..this guy dont deserve u haul ....tge worse oart is the customer who loosing ..not himwtf is going on with uhaul now??I think i will post this on fbook amd other social media nad uhaul wont rent as much nonore .. budget and avis amd other company will ..dont forget uhaul is from USA....!!!!

They added optional coverage even if I clearly refuse it both on reservation and at self check in on the app. Just discovered it when I received the final bill. Double check everything before sign

We dropped off the vehicle same day as rental; we actually was under the KM and filled a little more gas but we did not receive any sort of credit; which I feel we should. When I walked into the location the guy was on his surfing his phone; When we parked the truck he did what he had to and said you are good to go. Not much of interaction with the personal working here.

The truck wasn’t clean, but it had good power. Also the front right headlight and back tail light were both not working.

Be aware, this u-haul dealer waits until the contract is completed and then tells you have to pay for parking in their lot.
