Better communication. We were sent first to a place on Kingsway that was very poorly marked and we had trouble finding it. Then they told us they had no room for the return. We were sent to another place which turned out to be much closer to the address listed as our location. At first they told us they didn't have room but then they took the uHaul. The entire process was time consuming and very annoying. In future I would recommend getting drop off points sorted out much better.

SEONGHUN KWhen returning the vehicle the company was closed. They told me to leave it unlocked and put the keys inside the door. This is not safe. They really should have a drop box for keys. I had to get in a chat with U-Haul to make sure this was documented. Took me an extra 20 minutes to get this on the record just in case the vehicle was stolen
