The staff member was 10 minutes late past the open time. The lot is very crowded and there was no place to park my vehicle. The trucks were not on the lot but parked outside the lot on the boulevard

No clear direction of where the vehicle was park. Utility dolly, covers and add-ons were not available. Truck left with less than a 1/4 gas tank.

Joshua FYou took a deposit of 250$. Okay. But on my online banking, those 250$ didn't even appear on your name. They were accounted with the name of the gas station where I drop off your trucks. On my online banking, they put a phone number I could call to ask questions. I called and it was another company!!!
