No where to park truck except pay parking. Hard to find location. Didn’t have the right truck I ordered.
Joshua FYou took a deposit of 250$. Okay. But on my online banking, those 250$ didn't even appear on your name. They were accounted with the name of the gas station where I drop off your trucks. On my online banking, they put a phone number I could call to ask questions. I called and it was another company!!!
Frederic GDO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. I had a 10:00 AM reservation on May 2nd and arrived early at 9:45 AM, only to find the office completely empty. The staff didn't bother to show up until after 10:30 AM. Because of their irresponsible lateness, the truck was dispatched at 10:33 AM—over half an hour late. To make matters worse, management is now using their own lateness against me, claiming "it was dispatched at 10:33 AM so there's no issue." Utterly shameless. Also the gas tank was completely empty. I had to waste even more of my tight moving time driving straight to a gas station just to make the truck drivable. The equipment I reserved and paid for (appliance dolly and furniture pads) was completely missing. This location has zero accountability, terrible customer service, and absolute negligence.
