I rented a U-Haul to get rid of a couch and a mattress at the recycling center. It went smoothly. Pick up was on time drop off the app didn’t work that well, but I just messaged the location person and everything went smoothly. There’s no issues I had with this site at all. I will definitely recommend coming here and will do the next time. I need a U-Haul.

Robert TThe gentleman working there was so rude, not on site, everything was over the phone. He was speaking to me so rudely, his text messages were not going through to me, so he got upset and I said can you not speak to me so rudely, he hung up on me. The entire process was so unprofessional and rude, I have dealt with uhaul before, this is unacceptable. The truck was messy, it had used hummus containers in the back. I requested a different dolly, that was not provided. I will not recommend or go to this location ever again. I was in need of a truck this day so I kept it, if I didnt I wouldve cancelled it.
