My scheduled pickup time was for 9am and with mobile pickup. I had to call U-Haul as there was no option to self check in, and was then told that the business had not left the keys in a Dropbox. They then suggested that I wait until the business opened, which was an hour from then. I said no and was able to find someone who came early and said the person who had the keys would be coming in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, no person. Then finally he came and I had to go inside to get the keys and vehicle, again as they can't apparently do mobile. Truck was fine, kind of dirty and made odd sounds but they do that. Drop off I almost didn't have a place to park it, so had to in an odd spot which didn't help with taking the photos of the truck to complete the return process. I then tried to find a Dropbox for the keys and there was none, nor was there anyone around to ask. I had to tell out and find a room with 3 people in, none of which were willing to open the door themselves. So summary, the truck was ok but they do not run a business well. Unprofessional and wasting of customers time, they say they operate a mobile check-in and out but evidently they do not.

I went 7km from the location I booked. When I called U-Haul, they sent me here. Also, they changed from a 9' van to a 10' truck. I overpaid. My first experience was so bad that I would never recommend it to anyone else.
Mohammed KThe staff member was 10 minutes late past the open time. The lot is very crowded and there was no place to park my vehicle. The trucks were not on the lot but parked outside the lot on the boulevard
Raymond FNo clear direction of where the vehicle was park. Utility dolly, covers and add-ons were not available. Truck left with less than a 1/4 gas tank.
