The gentleman working there was so rude, not on site, everything was over the phone. He was speaking to me so rudely, his text messages were not going through to me, so he got upset and I said can you not speak to me so rudely, he hung up on me. The entire process was so unprofessional and rude, I have dealt with uhaul before, this is unacceptable. The truck was messy, it had used hummus containers in the back. I requested a different dolly, that was not provided. I will not recommend or go to this location ever again. I was in need of a truck this day so I kept it, if I didnt I wouldve cancelled it.

The staff should think more a little bit for customer instead of only focus on the basic process.
YASONG ZBetter communication. We were sent first to a place on Kingsway that was very poorly marked and we had trouble finding it. Then they told us they had no room for the return. We were sent to another place which turned out to be much closer to the address listed as our location. At first they told us they didn't have room but then they took the uHaul. The entire process was time consuming and very annoying. In future I would recommend getting drop off points sorted out much better.
