The helper at the Bravo Meat Market had to call someone and be coached thru the rental process with us. That person was talking to the helper and us thru his phone in a language we did not understand, so then we had to have some of the information translated to us using his phone translation app. While he was courteous, it took a long time to get the rental signed out. He didn't know how to hook up the trailer, but I knew how so did it myself. the trailer was located in a small convenience store mini market. I would have felt more comfortable picking it up at a UHaul Center, which is why I requested one of those with our desired pick up location..

This was a small market/deli. Because of the snow, the lot was small and hard to navigate a truck and trailer. No one at the location spoke English which made it extremely difficult to converse. They also didn't know how to check us in. (Possibly a new UHaul location) Very frustrating.
MATTHEW BJust some communication barriers to overcome in making the process smoother. For example, I had verified my,information and additional driver on line but had to reverify again. The person doing the transaction was very nice though.
