Just some communication barriers to overcome in making the process smoother. For example, I had verified my,information and additional driver on line but had to reverify again. The person doing the transaction was very nice though.

The van shut off 8 times during my move i almost had to use road side assistant turned 3.5 hr to a 10 job which made me very upset
