AC on truck did not work at all. Very dissatisfied that I had a truck with no air conditioning and I told the pick up store that the mileage was off because it was more miles then allowed. He said i wouldn't be charged and yet you did.Kimberly D.

The staff was not helpful at all, I arrived to rent a trailer and they said â€œjust do the reservation onlineâ€. I was already in the store, I had to stand in this convenience store and fill out everything on my phone. They acted like I was more a hassle than a customer.Edward H.

Here I never could get the 24/7 system to work.No matter where I went on the property, it told me I was not at the right location. Fortunately, the gentleman inside was very nice and helpful & checked us in through his equipment.Philip L.

Get another site. They were way too busy to handle things. Also I was not happy with the trailer checkout, the person doing the checkout told me my running lights were good, but they didn't work at all. I had to delay my moving until the next day. Thanks U haul!Steven P.

I had many issues with this rental. 1. They did not have the size truck I ordered 2. The uhaul location was changed to another over 6 miles away than the location I ordered it from 3. They did not have a furniture dolly that I rented, and gave me a regular dolly instead 4. I stood and waited for 30 minutes while the attendant tried to figure out how to enter the information in her tablet I had to drive an extra 12 miles(6 miles each way) out of my way to pick up a wrong size truck, which costs me almost dollar a mile plus gas. I rented a furniture dolly, and the lady had no idea what one was, just gave me a regular dolly said that's all she has. I needed that furniture dolly. A regular dolly was useless and just got in the way, yet I still paid for this tool useless to me. I had to go to Home Depot to buy one myself for 20 bucks. Overall, I am not satisfied and will not be renting from that location again and probably not uHaul since your system is who sent me to that crappy location in the first place.Thomas N.
