Blonde girl was rude. The drivers seat was covered in something sticky, even though the rude blonde girl lecturered us on making sure it was returned clean. Also when we picked up the truck, the 2 girls kept taking customers in the middle of us picking up the truck, so we get having to stop and wait for them to ring out people who came after us, we eventually moved out of the way from counter because they were prioritizing other customers before us, then the girl decided to yell out our address and personal info across the store. Won't return to this location.
Patricia MI will be calling corporate in the morning with a formal complaint with my 2 day experience These guys ask you to fill quarter full with gas at almost $6 a gallon for $25 off that's $50 worth of gas you put in and the siphon it and refill the tank 1/8 full with some cheap gas meant for a lawn mower Driving 4 blocks should not be empty and gas doesn't magically burn 3 times faster unless your mixing water with your gas Driving 58 miles used 1/8 a tank of gas with 2,500 lbs The manager guy doesn't know his U-Haul trucks and degrades and talks down to females thinking were stupid Till my boyfriend tood by and he started to stutter over his words and said eyeing the male nearby (because anything vehicle related is a guy thing) Oil was low in the truck when I drove it off and it ran like shit seemed like it was gonna blow till I put in good gas and it ran perfectly smooth I only got my $25 credit in whick it should of been more with my complaint of the $25 worth of gas already in the truck that was actually just water So I was ripped off and belittled upon because I'm a female Don't use this U-Haul place

Mike, Daniele, and a second kind woman were wonderful However, I am NOT happy with U-Haul calling a 12.5 foot truck with a tiny bonus space above your head as a 15 foot truck. Your app and advertising says this truck’s cargo space is “ Inside Dimensions: 15' x 7'8" x 7'2" (LxWxH)” Several lines down it does say “Deck length: 12.5 ft”, but you can’t put anything 15 feet long in this truck that you can’t lift and secure over your head. The advertising is VERY DECEPTIVE!

Jzavier MPickup location was a little chaotic as they were doing a small renovation. However, the staff was really nice and walked us through everything prior to picking up the truck. Truck was in good shape, clean and with a full tank.

KYLE GI won't let 1 person take away from the rest. I was charged 2 gallons of fuel when I returned it with the same amount as I left with.... Half a tank. If only she had told me I'd of rather of went and put the extra 2 gallons they wanted instead of paying double especially since the location has a fuel station attached to it.

CHARLES BEverything was fine until it was time to return the truck in the morning. The person that receives the truck back wasn’t there I had to wait almost a 40 mins. They even tried to make me just leave it there without going through the processes of returning it.. eventually I did it online and was able to complete the return so now I have to get another rental truck because I couldn’t finish what I needed to do because of the wait time. I would love if you guys could give me a truck for a day to cover my inconvenience please.
TORON SThe inside of the truck was wet. The guy said he mopped it for us. Hard to load furniture when the truck is wet. Now having to air out my couch.
CHARLENE AOur pick up and drop off location was changed the day before but everything worked out well. Very nice gentleman who checked us in. We did self check out and it was a good experience overall. Thank you!

ERIC OUhaul is at fault for this not the facility we had a fault transmission. We spent $35 in gas putting in 7 gallons overall and only traveled 22 miles overall that equates to 3 miles to the gallon which is a rediculous amount to spend on gas for a vehicle. This truck needs to be taken off the road inspected and fixed.

JEREMY LYou could honor the reservations that you make. I ordered a 20’ truck with moving pads on a one way trip. I was told that was not an option and I could take a 15’ truck and return it to the same location. I had to drive an extra 160 miles. If I knew that I couldn’t do the one way trip I would have done the local from closer to Kirkland.

NATHAN ZThis shop made the process quick and easy. U-haul corporate is another matter. We are done renting from you. You change our pickup or drop off location every time and this time you did that, plus changed the size of the truck! We specified these for a reason and you made our moving day more stressful, not less.
Laura FLower the mileage prices. I get making a profit but if you're going to to gouge prices that much as least provide a dinner or tube of lube to the customer first before you do them in.
